We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• Include clear photos of the damage or issue along with your order number.
• If the damage is verified to be from our side, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note:
• We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged.
• We are not responsible for damage caused after the product has been delivered.
